The World Movement for Indian Fine Arts dedicates this section to those who operates in Visual Arts - or so-called Fine Arts– which have a different means of expression from the use of voice, body movement, writing or other.
Visual Arts is what can be interpreted, enjoyed, valued through the eyes and can even touch emotional spheres, drawing in the deep and interior background. The artworks can be considered as a crystallization of the author’s personal idea, or something global, universal. The means (painting, sculpture, photography or other) is needed to expand the individual vision in sympathy with soul.
Generally it is individual but sometimes it could also being expressed in a team with common interests or other … Art and research cannot have limits, and every path, every way, every technique should be taken into consideration.
So, works which need of many words, whole books, to let them understand, have not fulfilled the task of being visual arts, and should move to another section as the Descriptive Arts
